Tracy’s Journey with SDF – Sharon Doherty Fitness | Best Class Based Gym in Ireland

So this is a bit of a personal video, it’s not a testimonial or review but simply a chat between me and my wonderful friend Tracy Doyle. Tracy’s journey over the past year and a half is truly inspiring and not only has touched my heart but all of our SDF Community too. Tracy is testament to that no matter what you are going through in life , grief, anxiety, depression or anything that is holding you back and basically making you feel not like you….. that there IS light at the end of the tunnel. You just need to do what works best for you, and I promise you , you WILL get there.

I myself have found my way out of some dark times in my life and I cannot put into words how focusing on me and my fitness lifestyle has changed my life. You can read all about my journey here , but today we’re sharing Tracy’s journey and I’m so grateful she has given me the chance to do this and I’m even more grateful she has got ‘Tracy Back’, truth is she never left, she jus needed to find herself again.
