TRANSFORMATIONS
Having just had a baby and a wedding in 4 months, time was not on my side!! I started training with Sharon in April 2015 and followed a strict diet and fitness programme designed by Sharon, it had been a very long time since I had done any sort of training… There was times I cried and wanted to stop but I kept going when I saw results and with the motivation of my trainer it got easier to manage!!
By August I had lost nearly 4 stone and felt amazing. I never thought could loose weight and feel so good about myself but Sharon’s help and motivation kept me on track and helped me to feel fabulous on my wedding day when I wore my dress ❤❤
2 years later and I’ve maintained my weight and realise small changes and exercise make a huge difference!! I can’t recommend Sharon’s classes and PT sessions enough, friendly people encouraging each other and Sharon is a great trainer who knows what she’s at as she’s been there too!

I hadn’t felt as good physically and fitness wise in years before doing Sharon’s transformation classes. I started with Sharon to try get in shape pre wedding & post baby. I had the wedding as my goal and loved how I saw the results at each fitting yet still really enjoyed it. Once you see the results & feel so much better, it’s great motivation to keep going. I initially thought I’d be too busy to make the time when life was so busy with work, wedding & a newborn but it actually improved my whole wellbeing and gave me much more energy and focus!
I wanted to keep it up unlike other classes or gyms I had been in due to the support and motivation. The classes are tough but I always looked forward to them as the atmosphere and people involved are great. Can’t recommend Sharon enough as she’s so motivated, committed and interested and makes everyone feel at ease and welcome no matter what shape, size or fitness level, she’s there to help you achieve your goals! Will be returning soon post baby #2 and am looking forward to getting back to it!

I started with Sharon in June 2015, my first baby was only 8 weeks old my fitness levels were non existent as was my confidence. I signed up for the 6 week transformation, I was nervous starting wondering will I be able… well with the classes and Sharon’s guidance I managed to lose over a stone in 6 weeks and my fitness levels really improved as did my confidence and boom I was hooked. I’ve been a client of Sharon’s for over 2 years now I even trained with her during my second pregnancy and did so for 8 months her help and support really benefited me during and after pregnancy. Never in my life did I think I would lift weights never mind enjoy lifting them. Sharon takes a personal interest in each and every one of her clients and the SDF crew are like one big family. The training at SDF is tough but very enjoyable and the support you receive from the SDF team makes you truly believe in yourself. I started with Sharon over a year ago at the time my mam was going everyday and was looking amazing and to be honest, I was dragged to my first class, I hated the idea of a gym the word gym made me sick. I remember Sharon asking me what exactly do you want from this and I said I just want to be skinny and she calmly just said “hmmm…”…
That Monday I went to my first class at 6:30 in the morning and ever since then I have not looked back, I started with 3 classes, then I started going to 4, and by the end of the week I was going to 7. I began lifting weights which is something I never thought I would ever be interested in but it became a healthy obsession, Sharon made me believe in myself and made me believe I could do anything I wanted when it came to fitness. Lifting weights and attending classes has become something that has helped me both mentally and physically, I went from being someone who sat in my room not bothered about what I looked like and just being lazy to someone who now sits clock watching to get to class. I met Sharon at a time in my life when I needed her, she has not only become one of my best friends but she’s also become one of my hero’s. What Sharon has done for both me and my mam is something I can never thank her enough for, I have made so many friends in SDF and it has brought out confidence I never thought I had in me but that’s all thanks to Sharon. I can’t recommend SDF enough for both mentally and physically changing my life.

I started with Sharon in SDF a mere four weeks ago. I like many new mothers wanted to get back in shape following pregnancy. I found it very difficult to get back into fitness and knew I needed a kick start. I contacted Sharon and availed of her expertise by way of a food diary and classes.
In such a short period of time I have lost 6lb and 9½ inches. This was down to Sharon’s support and motivational skills. She is excellent at what she does and I would recommend her without hesitation.
The new gym is second to none and the variation of classes is amazing. The fact that I can bring my baby is a huge advantage. Not only is the gym fantastic, the people who are in it are equally fantastic. Sharon has created a gym where you can get results and enjoy the atmosphere. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym but I do and I cant wait to gain more results.

I joined SDF in January 2017 with the goal of getting fitter, losing some weight and toning up for my wedding in April 2017. When first meeting Sharon, she immediately struck me as a warm and friendly person who was dedicated to her job as a trainer and who immediately became focused on helping me reach my goal. I attended 2-3 classes a week along with some personal training sessions and was thrilled to achieve what I set out to do for my big day… something I couldn’t have done without Sharon’s constant encouragement and support (and the odd roar here and there!!).
At SDF you can be guaranteed a variety of classes that are motivating, fun and that will achieve results. The other members are so friendly and encouraging… a refreshing change from the clique-iness I had experienced in my previous gym.
